Then in OSX you could download a PDF editing tool, like I do not have such tool, so I will try to use Apple PDF viewer app. That way I can edit by single PDF with mouse. After which I will delete some of the images, and in OSX it will automatically apply. That is only works in case if you have not PDF viewer in OSX.
